How about a tasty low carb meal - Looks like pizza, tastes like pizza (on chicken)!

² Ingredients

  •  1 oz, boneless, cooked, skinless Skinless Chicken Breast
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  •  1/2 oz Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim Milk)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 10 slices) Butterball Turkey Pepperoni
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Lather with marinara/pasta sauce. Spread ricotta over top of sauce (I dropped small dollops)

Place cheese slice on top.

Place pepperoni's on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.

Enjoy warm! EASY PEASY AND SO DELICIOUS! A nice and fun change to eating normal chicken, but still getting that lean protein fix!
