Have a craving for crackers? Try these plant based crackers!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  •  1 tsp Paprika
  •  1 medium Plantains
  •  1 tsp Turmeric (Ground)
  •  1 tsp Black Pepper
  •  1 tsp Salt
   

q Directions

1. Pre heat your oven at 325, and line 2 sheet pans with wax paper or aluminium foil.

2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until it makes a dough. Divide the mix by half. The easiest way to do this is by putting one half of the mix into was paper and press with a spatula, then put another pieces of wax paper on top and by using a rolling pin, roll until its about 3-4 mm thin. Then very carefully slide the dough to the tray. Repeat with the other half, and if desired sprinkle more spices on top of it. (I did)

3. Cook for about 10 minutes, take the trays out and cut sticks or squares with a pizza cutter or whatever you have in hand, put them back into the oven and cook another 30-40 minutes until they look golden and crispy. Take them out and let them cool. Enjoy!!!!
