² Ingredients

  •  1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 scoops) Nature's Best Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Creamy Vanilla
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Peanut Flour Defatted
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Navitas Naturals Goji Berries
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) 365 Psyllium Husks
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/8 cup) Bob's Red Mill White Popcorn
   

q Directions

Pop popcorn in microwave (no salt, no oil, no butter)
Soak goji berries in water (optional)
Mix together peanut flour, protein powder, and psyllium
Add water and no calorie syrup
Mix in popcorn and goji berries until completely covered with mixture
Press into 6in x 6in pan
Bake for 10-15min at 350F
