A protein cheesecake perfect for post work out.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Cheesecake : ( my post work)
2 tablespoon oats or almond flour
1 egg
1 scoop About Time Protein powder (vanilla flavor)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 envelope #SweetLeafStevia (or raw sugar or honey or yacon syrup)
1 1/2 tablespoon pineapple purée (fresh pineapple blended)
3 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 tsp lime juice
3/4 cup cottage cheese

10 pieces raspberries

In a food processor mix the egg,protein powder, vanilla, stevia or any favorite sweetener, pineapple, coconuts flakes and cottage cheese..
After mixing well all ingredients remove 2 tablespoon of the mixture and mix with 2 tablespoon of oats and put in the bottom of the baking dish then the rest of the mixture. Blend the raspberries with 3 tablespoon if the mixture and add to the top of the cake. Bake it 250 C for about 20 min..
