Protein Packed balls of coconut bliss

² Ingredients


q Directions

- 1c reduced fat shredded coconut
- 1 scoop @SyntraxSupplements Caribbean cooler whey (or vanilla whey)
- 1/3c egg whites
- 2Tbs @waldenfarmsinternational pancake syrup
- 1Tbs truvia sweetener
-2Tbs applesauce
1. Mix together coconut and whey
2. In a separate bowl mix egg whites, syrup, and sweetener
3. Add liquid mixture to dry and mix well
4. Form 18 balls
5. Bake for 325F for 25-30min

I think this recipe needs a little tweaking but overall pretty good! i would suggest using a little less egg whites (my batter was runny) and baking for less than 25 minutes as mine were pretty dry. tasty though!
