I top mine off with 2 Tbsp peanut butter and Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Optimum Nutrition Protein Powder (100% Whey Protein)
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Low Sodium)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Jell-O Fat Free Vanilla Pudding
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 egg) Kroger Eggs (Large)
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Now Foods Psyllium Husks
   

q Directions

1. Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium

2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

3. Pour ingredients into pan to form pancakes, cook until bubbles appear then flip, remove once cooked to desired wellness.
