Pancakes made with organic ingredients and topped with no sugar syrup.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1 tbsp flax seed mill
1 heaping scoop vanilla ISO sensation 93
1/2 tbsp organic raw honey
1/4 cup egg whites
1/3 cup organic low GI oat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Mix all ingredients together and pour small amounts into non stick pan on medium heat. Once bubbles form on the top, flip over and heat until golden brown. Remove and repeat. When complete, top with fruit, sugar free maple syrup, or cinnamon flavoured agave sweetener.
