A healthy version of pannacotta high in proteins. Lactose free and gluten free

q Directions

Mix the cold milk with the veggie gel or gelatine. When the powder dissolve heat the milk and constantly move it with a wooden spoon. When the milk start to coagulate add the protein powder, work quickly and keep moving. I use a hand blender to mix the protein powder to be sure that is completely dissolve.
for the strawberry puree:
1/4 cup strawberry
(Just blend the strawberry in a food processor or with a fork make it purée)
