Low calories, high protein, delicious treat that can be enjoyed any time

q Directions

Ingredients- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2cup egg whites, 2Tbs oats (ground into flour), 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used optimum nutrition), 2 packets truvia, cinnamon, baking powder

-Preheat oven to 300F
-Grease a small loaf pan (9cm x 20cm)
-Mix all ingredients together and pour into loaf pan
-Bake for about 30 min

There are different ingredient amounts on the top and the bottom, so I wasn't sure which one to follow. I ended up using the top one. It didn't rise very much and looks nothing like the picture, but it's still pretty tasty.
