Protein Pumpkin French Toast Mug Cake

² Ingredients

  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Organic Canned Pumpkin
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) McCormick Cinnamon
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) P28 High Protein Bread
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
  •  2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
   

q Directions

Combine all ingredients, break up bread and put in mixture, pour in a greased mug, microwave on high for about 3-5 minutes or until cooked through:) Spread nut butter of choice on when it comes out!

also add a few shakes of ground cloves (couldn't find in database)
