For those of you who want to enjoy a healthier version of the McDonald's Shamrock Shake

² Ingredients

  •  9 ice cube (3/4 fl oz) Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Organic Valley Vanilla Soy Milk
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Duncan Hines Frosting Creations - Frosting Starter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla
   

q Directions

Make sure you have all your ingrdients.

For mine, I typically use

- 1 scoop of vanilla whey
- 8oz of milk (I used vanilla soy milk)
- 1 package of Duncan Hines Mint Chocolate Flavor Mix
- some ice cubes (I used 7-8 little ones)

You could probably use some sweetener, but I didn't.

Blend together, and make sure to add the ice cubes and/or water in small increments so you don't mess up the consistency of the shake.
