delicious and healthy skillet cookie

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1 cup garbanzo bean flour
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp oilive oil OR melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 packets stevia
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

mini cast iron skillet
oil for skillet

1. preheat oven to 450 and put skillet in oven
2. mix all ingredients in a bowl and let batter sit for 15 min for batter to thicken up
3. take skillet out of oven, put a little oil so pan is fully coated, scoop 1/4-1/3 cup of the batter, put in skillet, sprinkle chocolatechips
4. bake for 6-8 min or until golden brown
5. serve with protein icecream :)
