  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Millville Old Fashioned Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kretschmar Toasted Wheat Bran
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 1/2 scoops) Healthy 'N Fit 100% Whey Pro-Amino
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda
  •  3 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 container) Friendly Farms Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain

q Directions

1/4C Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread Mix
1/2C Old fashioned oats (oat flour)
1/4C Toasted Wheat Bran
3 Scoops Whey of Choice
1t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1/2C Liquid Egg Whites
1/3C Plain Greek Yogurt
1 large Golden Delicious Apple
1 medium Red Delicious Apple
Coconut Oil Spray
1/4C Dried Mixed Berries
Grind oats into a flower then add the rest of the dry ingredients. Transfer to a large bowl. Puree apples into a sauce then add the rest of the wet ingredients. Slowly add the wet to the dry. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
