  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp Cloves (Ground)
  •  1/2 tsp Ginger
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Nature's Path Honey'd Corn Flakes
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Protein Plus Peanut Flour
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Pumpkin Bread Pudding

🎃1/2 cup pumpkin
🎃1/2 cup Greek yogurt
🎃3/4 cup flaked cereal( honey cornflakes!!)
🎃1 egg white
🎃1 TB peanut flour
🎃1/4 cup almond milk
🎃1/2 tsp baking powder
🎃 to taste; cinnamon cloves ginger

Bake in large ramekin at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until center is baked through. you may want to cover with foil towards the end so the top doesn't burn
