Pumpkin Pecan Raisin Protein Sandwich

q Directions

Recipe :Set your oven at 400. Mix your batter ingredients in a bowl: 1/8 cup almond meal (you can experiment with different flours), 1 egg white, 2 TBSP pure pumpkin from a can (the store has pure and purée, get PURE), 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp baking powder. Pour into sprayed small bread loaf tin. Bake for 20. Topping is 1 scoop muscle milk vanilla protein powder and 1/2 container of so delicious coconut vanilla yogurt. You have the freedom to use whatever protein powder and yogurt your heart desires. Remove tin from the oven, slice in half, top and layer with protein yogurt. Top with pecans and raisins.
