³ Description

These are so light and moist! I used a muffin top pan to make the cookies really thick! They are also perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1 cup oat flour
1/4 c vanilla protein powder
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 c smashed ripe banana
1/2 c pumpkin
1/4 tsp salt
30 vanilla creme stevia drops and 4 packets stevia ( if you don't have the drops use 12-14 packets of stevia to your taste)
1/4 mini chocolate chips or more. I wont judge!
Bake 8-10 min at 350
