despite the long name, this protein cake is easy and tastes just like the drink without the carbs or sugars!

q Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

place 9 tbsp of egg whites in baking 8 or 9" round baking pan. Next add the 2 tbsp of coconut flour and stir, then stir in the Java pro protein powder and incorporate ingredients well. Last stir in the pumpkin puree with the pumpkin pie spice. Place the cake in the oven for about 8 mins.

*** I used 1 scoop of natures best JavaPro protein powder instead of the Iso pure which was listed***

Top with walden farms calorie free chocolate syrup. Enjoy :)
