³ Description

A yummy post workout snack inspired by cake pops. Instead of cake, these little cuties are made out of quest chocolate chip cookie dough then covered in greek yogurt and wild friends chocolate coconut pb and rolled in cacao nibs and sprinkles.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 oz Chocolate Flavored Sprinkles
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Navitas Naturals Cacao Sweet Nibs
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Wild Friends Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
   

q Directions

Makes 4 quest pops
- 1 quest bar (I used cookie dough)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp wild friends chocolate coconut pb
- handful cacao nibs
- handful sprinkles of choice

Microwave your bar for ~10 sec until soft. Cut into 4 equal sized pieces and roll into balls. Melt your peanut butter in a small bowl. Get out another small bowl and add your greek yogurt to it. If you wish, you can add a little sweetener of choice if you do not like the taste of greek yogurt on its own. Roll two of your quest balls in the yogurt mixture and 2 of your quest balls in the pb mixture. Then roll your quest pops in the sprinkles and cacao nibs. Place in freezer for a few minutes to let them "set". Then enjoy :)
