Craving a slice of pizza? This takes less than 5 minutes to make and hits the spot.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oatmeal
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 tsp, leaves Basil (Dried)
  •  30 g Baked or Broiled Salmon
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Trader Joe's Shredded Lite Mozzarella Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Walden Farms Calorie Free Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
   

q Directions

Simply blend the oats, egg, egg white, salt, and basil and fry it up like a pancake. Then place tomato sauce, cheese and salmon. I sprinkled mine with some dill.
