This is the perfect summer treat; a lemon cake layered with raspberry cream, lemon cream, and raspberries. Layer into a jar and take with you on the go to the beach!

² Ingredients

  •  0.3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  •  1 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/4 cup Raspberries
  •  0.3 tbsp Honey
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  0.3 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Sun Warrior Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
   

q Directions

Raspberry lemonade layered cake trifle

- 6 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 spoonful lemon juice
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp oil of choice
- milk

Combine ingredients except milk. Add enough milk until you get a batter consistency. Microwave 1 min 30 sec. Cut into chunks then Set aside to prepare your fillings.

Raspberry cream
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- splash almond milk
- 1/8 cup raspberries

Lemon cream
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- splash almond milk
- splash lemon juice
- 1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder

Layer your cake raspberry filling into the bottom of a small jar. On top of this layer a few chunks of your cake, some raspberries, and lemon cream filling. Repeat until you fill up your jar. Top with a raspberry.
