A delicious no bake chocolate treat! Inspired by Ferrero Rocher.. except clean, Vegan & Gluten free :)

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

In a 1 cup measure fill with dates and water and let soak for at least 15 minutes (longer is better, especially if your dates are really dry)

In a food processor blend..

almonds, cashews, cacao and oats until ground and starting to stick

Add dates, water (from dates) and vanilla

blend again until dough is formed

Scoop out "balls" using a cookie scoop and insert a whole hazelnut in the middle.. roll and cover in shredded coconut

Store in sealed container in the fridge. Enjoy!

**Optional** cover with chocolate sauce.. I mixed together coconut oil, cacao and stevia and drizzled it overtop.**
