Give these Chocolate Milkshake cupcakes a try!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1/2 cup of cooked of red quinoa (or any quinoa)
1/2 (0.5oz) pouch/ scoop of Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
2 large egg whites or 1/2 cup of liquid egg whites
2-3 teaspoons (or more if desired) of Skinny Syrups Sugar & Calories Free Pumpkin Spice
Stevia - optional (with the protein powder its pretty sweet)
Top of with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Dash of ground cinnamon/ pumpkin spice (optional).

Preheat oven to 350F

Place 3 paper cups in cupcake/ muffin tin.

Mix the protein powder and egg whites (I used a blender bottle). Then add the quinoa and syrup and mix it together.

Pour them in the cupcake cups and bake for about 25 - 30 mins at 350-400 degrees.

Top off with peanut butter and other goodies!

I sprinkled cinnamon on my cupcakes :)
