I loved how simple this was and soo good for a brownie craving. Low carb and crazily filling.

q Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F. Microwave the quest bar for 10 seconds. Flatten and manipulate to fit inside of a sprayed 4oz ramekin. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Let cool and pop out easily with a knife. Mix the plain Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein, CocoCardio, and stevia packet. CocoCardio gives it the red velvet taste and color. Add the red velvet mix in your cup. Sprinkle on some raw cacao nibs. Devour!
