³ Description

Pretty much like literal cakes cooked in a pan. Red velvet style!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Use 1/3 cup raw, riced cauliflower. This is cauliflower pulsed through a food processor. Microwave the cauliflower for 30 seconds. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix evenly with a spoon. (Use CocoCardio, not the cocoa powder, as listed). Form 4 cakes in a large pan sprayed with nonstick spray, turn it on a low/medium heat, and cover the pan. This is important you cook on a low heat or else these burn. After 5-6 minutes, flip, cover, and cook another 2-4 minutes.

I topped mine with a vanilla protein sauce (1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein, 2.5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, and 5-7 stevia drops) and a healthy chocolate drizzle (1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp + 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk, and 2 stevia packets).
