q Directions

1 cup unsweet vanilla almond milk
1 scoop (35g) Cellucor Red Velvet whey
1/2 cup (113g) FF cottage cheese
~2-3 tsp (8g) FF/SF chocolate pudding mix
1 tsp stevia
5 ice cubes

*Put it all in a blender and mix until thick and smooth.
*Topped off with some fat free whip & dusted with cocoa powder
