Indulge without the bulge with these protein packed pancakes- great for breakfast, dessert, or pre & post workout meals.

30g (6T) quick oats
18g (1/2 scoop) @Cellucor Red Velvet Cake Batter whey
14g (2T) coconut flour
10g (2T) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp stevia; 1/2 tsp BP; dash salt
92g (6T) liquid egg whites
57g (1/4c) FF cottage cheese

Frosting:
50g (~3T) Greek yogurt
30g (2T) FF cream cheese
Dash vanilla extract
Stevia to taste

➡️Preheat a large skillet to medium heat. Grind the oats into flour. Combine all the dry ingredients, then blend in the wet until thoroughly blended (I also grind the curds out of the cottage cheese, but that's optional!) Cook slowly into 3 pancakes. Combine the frosting ingredients, layer in between, and enjoy!
