One word... Heaven. By heaven, I mean Chocolate and PEANUT-BUTTER!

² Ingredients

  •  1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  3 large Egg White
  •  1/4 tsp Salt
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Adams 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Knouse Foods Apple Time Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Truvia Baking Blend
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Chocolate Peanut Butter
   

q Directions

3 EGG WHITES
1 T COCO OIL
1 tsp VANILLA
1/4 tsp SALT
1 C OAT FLOUR
2 SCOOP PRO
1 T COCO
2 T PB Melted
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 C Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Truvia for Taste

1. Preheat oven at 350.
2. Mix ingredients, I usually mix my liquids and dry mix separtely, but it is not necassary.
3. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes, until gold and fluffy.
4. Cool, and ENJOY!
