² Ingredients

  •  3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet Red Peppers
   

q Directions

Chop 3 large de-seeded red peppers in a food processor. You will have a bunch of juice. Drain (save the veggies for an omelette or something!) and pour juice into a glass. It is a sweet, pure, clean and refreshing drink! Serve chilled and add a splash of lime juice for extra freshness, if desired. Enjoy!
