Super low-cal meal packed full of veggies! Great meals for home or on the go.

² Ingredients

  •  1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  •  2 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce
  •  2 tbsp Basil
  •  2 tbsp Spearmint
  •  1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  •  0.3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
  •  0.35 serving (serving = 23 sheets dried) Banh Trang Vietnamese Rice Paper (Salad Roll Wrapper)
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tsp) Tsunami Roasted Sesame Seeds
   

q Directions

Chop the lettuce and herbs. Feel free to add some carrot, avocado or even and little chicken!

Per the directions on the rice papers, soak for about a minute before wrapping. It should be very pliable but not mush. Lay the paper down and add a good amount of filling. Fold over the front, tuck in the sides and tighten as you roll! Just like rolling a burrito.

For the sauce - mix together all ingredients! Drizzle over the top or use for dipping.
