Another variation of the ever so famous protein pancake. I likes this one especially because it is sweet, chocolatey, and nutty at the same time :D

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg
  •  3 large Egg White
  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Maranatha All Natural Creamy Almond Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Chocolate Malt
   

q Directions

Ingredients:
1 egg
3 egg whites
1 medium mashed banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
cinnamon to taste

Topping:
1/2 Tbsp almond butter

combine all ingredients except for almond butter in a bowl. Cook in skillet and top with almond butter. Makes 6 mini pancakes
