Satisfy your chinese food cravings with this healthy stir fried noodles without all the extra carbs and unhealthy fats!

q Directions

First rinse, drain and dry shirataki noodles very well. It helps to stir fry it in a nonstick pan with no oil to get rid of extra moisture and water. Then in a separate pan, stir fry vegetables and steak. Add the noodles to this along with 2 tbsp of liquid aminos, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of crushed garlic, and 1 packet of stevia or sweetener of choice. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
