A much healthier version of a wonderful appetizer!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 small shrimp (shelled) Shrimp
  •  1 cup Salsa
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Onions
  •  1 serving (serving = 17 chips) Terra Plain Sweet Potato Chips
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Wholly Guacamole Classic Guacamole
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) Go Veggie Go Veggie Cheese
   

q Directions

1 Boil cooked shrimp for 10 minutes
2 Layer chips on a plate and top with cheese
3 Microwave for 20 seconds
4 Add shrimp, onions, salsa, and guacamole to chips
