For when that chocolate brownie craving strikes, a healthy fudgey brownie which is the BOMB!

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate
  •  3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 3/4 tsp) Truvia Sweetener
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
   

q Directions

Mix together 1 tbsp chocolate whey, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp truvia, 2 tbsp apple puree and 4 tbsp almond milk in a bowl.

Flatten off the top with your spoon and put in the microwave for about 1 & 1/2 minutes. Don't overcook it! Leave to cool until warm before eating.

This seems to be an oversight of the submitter (possibly), typically 1 scoop of whey is 3 tbsp, so the 1TBSP is all that is used.


Hi! Question? The recipe calls for 1/4 serving (1 rounded scoop of Whey protein) however in the directions you only use 1 tbsp. What to do use the rest of the whey protein for?
