a healthy option for cakes

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Smore's cake
1 (40g) scoop Whey Isolate protein powder (vanilla)
1/4 cup oats gluten free
1 large pear with out skin
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coconut or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 sachet (4g) stevia #sweetleafstevia
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1/4 cup water

2 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)
Ground the flax seeds or use milled flax seeds and mix it with water and chia seeds. Keep aside for 15 min.
In a food processor blend the pear and make it a purée then add the rest of the ingredients but keep the chia and flax mixture for the end. Put over the cake the chocolate chips. Bake it For 25 min 180 C.
Topping:
2 tbsp Carob hazelnut spread #biona or chocolate
4 marshmallows
Bake in the oven until marshmallows get nice and toasty.
