³ Description

Delicious, high protein cheesecake!

² Ingredients

  •  16 serving (serving = 1 oz) Great Value Fat Free Cream Cheese
  •  2.66 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 egg) Food Club Large Egg
  •  72 serving (serving = 1/3 tsp) Trader Joe's Stevia Extract
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 scoops) GNC Amplified Gold 100% Whey Protein Advanced

q Directions

Ingredients:
Two scoops of protein powder (I used PEScience Snickerdoodle)
two eggs
two egg whites
1.5 cups greek yogurt (I like Chobani 0 fat)
1.5 cups stevia in the raw
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
2 8 oz packs of fat free cream cheese
I topped mine with 1 tbsp of fat free whip cream and sprinkles

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 250 and grease your cake pan (I like using natural coconut oil or grape-seed oil cooking spray).
Mix your ingredients well with a mixer if you have one (cream cheese is hard to mix in).
Next pour mix into cake pan and bake for 30 minutes. After that raise the temp to 300 and cook for another 45 minutes. Then let cool and place in the fridge for a few hours.
Top with whatever your heart desires!
