Southwest chipotle ground turkey egg spinach and cheddar quesadilla on whole wheat tortillas with mild salsa

² Ingredients

  •  1.3 serving (serving = 4 oz) Honeysuckle White 99% Fat Free Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  •  3 oz Egg White
  •  2 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat)
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Tostitos Medium Salsa
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) Weight Watchers 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
  •  1/2 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
   

q Directions

Weigh turkey,season with southwest chipotle mrs.dash and cook on skillet

Measure egg whites,line skillet with coconut oil spray, season with sea salt and cayenne pepper. I left it like a omelette instead of scrambling

Spray separate skillet with coconut oil add two cups spinach on low heat to wilt. I spray coconut oil on the spinach a second time for added flavor

Pre heat oven 360

Lay out one wrap on cooking tray, layer spinach ,egg white omelette,ground turkey then thin slices cheddar,I tore cheddar into four long pieces to evenly spread out as much as possible with one slice and place other tortilla ontop and press down to compact the quesadilla

Heat for 10 minutes,take out and cut with pizza cutter on a cutting board. Get two tbsp salsa and...boom make sure to spoon alittle salsa on each bite, my pre workout nutrition for training legs
