Oven Roasted Spaghetti Squash

² Ingredients

  •  1 squash yields Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Morton Sea Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Ground Black Pepper
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the spaghetti squash lengthwise in half. With a spoon scoop out the seeds and discard. Rub the “flesh side” of the spaghetti squash with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until you can pull the “flesh” out with a fork easily. Enjoy!
