² Ingredients

  •  3 thin/small slice Tomatoes
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 cups) Fresh Express Baby Spinach
  •  0.88 serving (serving = 4 oz) ShopRite Lean Ground Turkey
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Spice Classics Garlic Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Spice Classics Parsley Flakes
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Gulden's Yellow Mustard
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Libby's Pineapple Juice
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 roll) Arnold Sandwich Thins 100% Whole Grain
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 slices) Libby's Sliced Pineapple
   

q Directions

Ingredients:
-3.44 oz of ground turkey
-1 cup of fresh baby spinach
-3 small tomato slices
-Libby's canned Skinny Pineapple Slices (1 slice)
- 8 tbsp of Pineapple juice from the can
-1 tsp of garlic powder
-1 tsp of parsley flakes
-1 Arnold Sandwich Thin 100% Whole Grain
-2 tsp Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Gulden's Yellow Mustard

-Pre-heat oven to 375
-In a small oven pan pour 8 tbsp of pineapple juice into pan
-Shape turkey into a burger season with garlic powder and parsley flakes
-Once oven is pre-heated place the pan with juice in the oven, then place shaped turkey burger inside the pan
-Bake for 30 minutes flipping once
-Place pineapple slice ontop of burger for the last 5 minutes of cooking
-When finished cooking and cooled a bit, place burger and pineapple on top of the bottom sandwich thin
-On the inside of the top of the thin place spinach and tomato slices
-Drizzle with sriracha and mustard
