Try these Turkey Meatballs, great as a topping or snack!

q Directions

Wring defrosted spinach dry in a clean kitchen towel.

Place turkey in a bowl and make a well in the middle of it.

Add the spinach, all of the garlic, 1 large egg, about 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/4 oat flour, 1/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper, and lots of Mrs Dash. Mix well.

Form into 24-25 large balls. Cook on stove top with oil and smart balance until they brown on all sides. You'll need to cook in batches. Pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until done.
