q Directions

Mixture:
Blend together egg whites, almond milk, protein powder, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Pour mixture on to non stick pan sprayed lightly with extra virgin olive oil, and cook pancakes until golden.

Topping:
1 serving of chocolate PB2 with double the amount of water (to make it runny), 4 sliced strawberries and 1/2 a small banana.
