q Directions

Mix everything (except strawberries, half the vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and half the stevia) and pour in a greased mug.

Put in microwave and cook for 1-1.5 minutes.

The frosting is greek yogurt mixed with strawberries, vanilla extract and sweetener.
Shredded coconut on top

Just realized I have been making this wrong all along. I have been adding the 1/4 cup of yogurt to the batter. I highly recommend that over using it to make frosting. Super moist cake.


I love this recipe, but hate the format to the ingredient amounts.


I have made this the last 3 good. Very satisfying after a long hard day...even my 14 year old liked it.
