A low calorie, delicious protein pancake - perfect for breakfast or a snack!

q Directions

Ingredients
frozen strawberry microwaved for ~35s
2.5 tbsp coconut flour
4g (just over 1/2 tsp) honey
1 tbsp vanilla whey
1 tsp psyllium husk
4 tbsp (1/4 cup) egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
~1/3 cup water (add slowly while mixing to allow the coconut flour/psyllium husk to absorb the water - aim for a slightly runny consistency)
Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat.

I topped mine with a protein peanut sauce, greek yogurt, banana + strawberry microwaved together and banana slices!
