You can't go wrong with stuffed breakfast peppers!

q Directions

Sautée 1 small diced onion, 1 cup chopped mushrooms, 1/2 red pepper diced and 3 cups spinach in 1/2 tsp olive oil. Season with mrs dash and some salt. Distribute mixture evenly into 9 pepper halves. Add 2 tbsp egg whites. Bake in oven at 375 for approx 45 min or until eggs are set

Thank you, It seems the person who submitted it may have entered the qty of ingredients wrong, I've corrected it.


In the ingredients you have 1 cup spinach and 1 medium bell pepper, but in the recipe it says 3 cups spinach and 9 pepper halves. What I want to know is do I use 1 cup spinach or 3 cups?


These are awesome! Super tasty, and very easy to make! I had some extras left over, and they are great to snack on.
