³ Description

Super simple sugar-free jam recipe that will only take you a few minutes to prepare!

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 serving (125 g)) Frozen Raspberries
  •  30 ml Water
  •  9 serving (serving = 1 tsp) XyloSweet Xylitol
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Nutiva Chia Seed
   

q Directions

In a pan, heat the raspberries, water and xylitol over a medium heat.

Cook until the raspberries are soft enough to smash with a wooden spoon.

Take of the heat, stir in the chia seeds and leave to cool.

Transfer to a jar/container and store in the fridge for a couple of hours
