³ Description

This is my favourite recipe that i created for oatmeal/hot cereal. I topped it with cherries, and it was delish!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Quinoa
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 tbsp) Rocky Mountain Grain Products Hemp Hearts
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Spring Valley Cold-Milled Organic Ground Flax Seeds
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Chia Seeds
   

q Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large container. For one person, use about 1/4 cup of this mix, and as much water as needed. Start with 1/2 cup water, and add more whenever it gets to thick. This is cooked when the quinoa is clear and cooked. Top with absolutely whatever you want. In the picture, I topped it with chopped cherries and shredded coconut.
Be warned: this is very filling
