³ Description

Super simple delicious energy balls with a protein hit!

² Ingredients

q Directions

🌟Superfood Protein Energy Balls 🌟

Just pop 15-20 pitted dates (depending on the size dates you use) in a food processor with 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp chia seeds and 2 tbsp almond milk.

Then blend blend blend until the mixture forms a big sticky ball! If you need too, you can add another tbsp of almond milk to help the ingredients bind. Then roll the mixture into little balls and store in the fridge ☺️

These taste delicious and are perfect post-workout. The dates provide fast releasing sugars to replenish your energy stores, and the protein will support muscle repair and recovery. Plus the chia seeds add some extra superfood goodness 👍
