  •  1/2 cup Coconut Water
  •  1/2 piece (2" x 2" x 1/2") Coconut Meat
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Artisana Raw Organic Coconut Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Trader Joe's Raw Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter
  •  1 date, pitted Medjool Dates
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Whole Foods Market Goji Berries
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 3 tsp) Sunfood Organic Maca Powder

Blend:
1/2 cup coconut water, 1/8 cup coconut meat, 1 tbsp coconut butter, 1/2 tbsp almond butter, 2 dates, 1 tbsp goji berries, 1/4 tsp xanthum gum, and 1/2 tsp maca.
