Perfectly moist and fluffy Sweet Potato waffles smothered with hazelnut creme and drizzled with chocolate and peanut butter. Best combination of flavors that's sure to meet your macros!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Dry Waffle Ingredients:
2 T coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp stevia

Wet Waffle Ingredients:
1 egg
1 egg white
3 oz sweet potato puree (baby food)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp butter extract

Combine dry ingredients.
Whisk together wet ingredients until egg whites are fluffy.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet and combine.

Pour over pre-heated waffle iron and cook to preferred setting.

Topping Ingredients:
2T greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp hazelnut extract, 1 packet stevia, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Chocolate sauce: cocoa powder, water (or milk of choice), 1-2 packets stevia or to desired sweetness and consistency

1T peanut flour mixed with water (or milk of choice), pinch of salt, 1 packet stevia and cinnamon
