Fruity, Chocolatey and has some protein? You can't go wrong with Black and Blue cake bars!

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 cup, mashed Bananas
  •  1 cup Blackberries
  •  1 cup Blueberries
  •  1 cup Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 30 chips) Guittard White Chocolate Chips
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Nu-tek Pro5 Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk
   

q Directions

1. Mix banana, egg, egg white, almond milk, protein powder, oats and cinnamon together in a bowl, then place in a pan sprayed with coconut spray or Pam.

2. Top with Chocolate chips, Blueberries and Blackberries

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes
