Turn that fish frown upside down!! Switch it up with a fresh rainbow trout burger!!

² Ingredients

  •  1 small (3" long) Young Green Onions
  •  1/3 tsp Paprika
  •  1/3 tsp Salt
  •  7 ml Lime Juice
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Kale
  •  2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Tomatoes
  •  115 g Rainbow Trout (Farmed)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bun) Dempster's Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
   

q Directions

Broiling trout is ridic easy! Throw on some salt, pepper and paprika. Broil trout for 10-14 minutes on high. Burger topped with kale, tomato, salt, pepper, green onions and lime juice. Served on a thin bun.
